*Please note you may only purchase Gift Cards by themselves, and you are not able to use Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services to purchase them.
What are the restrictions on the gift cards?
Your gift card can be used at Mocka New Zealand only. However, gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards. Discounts do not apply to purchase of gift cards or bonus offers and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
What is the return policy for the gift card?
Once the gift card order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
What does Pre-order mean?
When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
Keep in mind that the dispatch date for pre-order items is an estimate and is subject to change. Sometimes products arrive earlier, and occasionally they arrive later than the original estimated date.
If you purchase a pre-order bundle or set, please note that the items in the bundle may become available at different times. In such cases, your order may be sent in multiple shipments to ensure you receive each item as soon as it becomes available.
